At CampusAdda Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users and vendors may cancel orders and bookings made through the CampusAdda app.
You can cancel a food order within 2 minutes of placing it or before the restaurant starts preparing.
If cancelled in this window, full refund will be initiated automatically.
Once the restaurant marks the order as “Preparing” or the delivery partner is assigned, cancellation is not allowed.
No refund will be issued if food is already being prepared or dispatched.
If the delivery is delayed beyond 60 minutes and the order hasn't been dispatched, you may raise a request for cancellation through support.
(e.g., Laundry, Rentals, Salon, etc.)
You may cancel a service before the vendor accepts/acknowledges the booking.
A full refund will be processed.
Once a vendor confirms the booking or starts service, cancellation will not be eligible for refund.
In case the service provider fails to arrive on time, you can request a cancellation through support.
A restaurant/vendor may cancel your order due to:
Item unavailability
Operational issues
Rider unavailability
If this happens, a full refund will be issued immediately, and you’ll be notified via app or SMS.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
UPI and wallet refunds are usually faster (1–3 days).
Open the CampusAdda app
Go to My Orders > Select Order > Cancel Order
If ineligible, contact support via chat or email: support@campus-adda.com
Repeated cancellations may lead to temporary account suspension to prevent misuse.
Orders placed using promotional offers or discounts may have specific terms for cancellation.
