At CampusAdda Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we strive to offer a smooth and student-friendly experience across all our services. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued for transactions made through the CampusAdda app, including food orders, service bookings, and delivery-related issues.


🧾 General Guidelines

  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of CampusAdda, based on verification of complaints.

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original transaction.

  • Refunds, once approved, will be credited via the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, wallet) within 5–7 working days.


🍕 Food Order Refunds

Refunds for food orders may be approved in the following situations:

Scenario Refund Eligibility
Order not delivered ✅ Full Refund
Wrong item delivered ✅ Partial/Full Refund (based on issue)
Stale or poor quality food ✅ Partial Refund (on verification)
Order cancelled before preparation ✅ Full Refund
Order cancelled after preparation starts ❌ No Refund

 

Note: In case of delay due to unavoidable circumstances (rain, traffic, hostel rules), partial refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis.


🛵 Delivery Partner Issues

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Delivery was marked completed but not received by the user

  • Delivery was misrouted due to technical or rider error

In such cases, CampusAdda will investigate and initiate a full or partial refund based on findings.


🛠️ Service Bookings (Laundry, Salons, Rentals, etc.)

Refunds for non-food services will be allowed if:

  • The vendor fails to show up or refuses service after confirmation

  • The service quality is reported with proof (e.g., damaged clothes in laundry)

  • Cancellation occurs before vendor confirmation

❌ No refund for last-minute cancellations or change of mind after the service begins.


📦 Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind after successful delivery or service

  • User entered wrong details (address, timing)

  • Service refused due to hostel rules/curfews

  • Disputes raised after 24 hours from delivery/service time


🔁 Refund Process

  1. Raise a complaint via app (Order > Help > Request Refund) or email us at support@campusadda.in

  2. Provide Order ID, Issue Description, and Photo Proof (if applicable)

  3. Our support team will investigate and respond within 24–48 hours
