Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how CampusAdda Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“CampusAdda”, “we”, “our”) handles order delivery and logistics across our app offerings, including food, grocery, and service-based orders within college campuses.


📍 Serviceable Areas

CampusAdda currently operates within selected university/college campuses and their nearby areas. Orders are fulfilled only within approved hostel zones and campus perimeters as defined during onboarding.

We do not offer interstate or intercity shipping.


⏱️ Delivery Timings

📦 Food & Beverages

  • Standard Hours: 11:00 AM – 2:00 AM (Varies by outlet)

  • Peak Hours: 8:00 PM – 1:00 AM

  • Deliveries are usually completed within 25–45 minutes, depending on:

    • Kitchen preparation time

    • Delivery partner availability

    • Weather and hostel access

🧺 Campus Services (Laundry, Rentals, etc.)

  • Delivery/pickup time depends on vendor availability and the service slot selected by the student.

  • Timings are usually between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.


🚚 Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are dynamically calculated based on:

    • Distance between outlet and hostel block

    • Current demand (peak vs off-peak)

    • Offers or discounts applicable

Final delivery fee is shown to the user before confirming the order.


🛵 Delivery Method

We use:

  • CampusAdda Delivery Partners (trained & verified)

  • Outlet’s Own Delivery Staff (if enabled by the restaurant)

All deliveries are contactless by default and follow the campus entry rules.


📱 Order Tracking

Once an order is placed:

  • Users receive real-time updates (Accepted, Preparing, Out for Delivery, Delivered)

  • A delivery partner profile and live status may be available for food orders

  • For services, vendor contact details or chat support may be offered


Missed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Unavailability of the user at the hostel gate

  • Incorrect hostel details or contact number

  • Campus access restrictions (curfew, ID issues)

We will attempt to contact you, but refunds may not be guaranteed in such cases. Please ensure you're reachable and available during the selected slot.


💼 Vendor Fulfillment

Each restaurant or service provider is solely responsible for:

  • Timely preparation and packaging

  • Ensuring order accuracy

  • Ensuring hygiene and quality standards

CampusAdda facilitates delivery and user support but is not liable for delays originating from the vendor’s side.


🔄 Changes or Cancellations

  • Orders once placed cannot be modified.

  • Cancellation is allowed only if the vendor has not started preparation.

  • Once the order is picked up for delivery, cancellation/refund is not guaranteed.
