Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the CampusAdda for Restaurants app (“App”) provided by CampusAdda Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “CampusAdda”) by restaurants and food vendors (“you” or “Partner”).

By registering and using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Only restaurants, cafés, canteens, or authorized food vendors operating within or around recognized campuses and registered with CampusAdda may use this app.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate business details including name, address, GSTIN (if applicable), contact person, and bank account for payments.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Use of App

  • The App allows you to manage orders, update your menu, monitor delivery statuses, and receive payments.

  • You agree not to misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activity.

  • You must regularly update your item availability, pricing, and delivery timing to ensure order accuracy.

4. Order Management

  • All accepted orders must be prepared promptly within the expected preparation time.

  • Repeated delays, cancellations, or quality complaints may result in account suspension.

5. Delivery Operations

  • You may use CampusAdda delivery agents or your own riders.

  • If you opt for CampusAdda delivery, you must coordinate timely pickup of orders.

  • You are responsible for ensuring correct packaging and labeling of food items.

6. Menu & Pricing

  • All prices should be inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • You agree not to overcharge or misrepresent menu items.

  • Visible discrepancies between in-store and app prices should be avoided unless clearly justified (e.g., packaging charges).

7. Payments & Commission

  • CampusAdda will collect payments on your behalf and transfer payouts to your registered bank account (after deducting applicable commission and taxes).

  • Payouts will be processed on a weekly or mutually agreed-upon basis.

  • You will receive a commission invoice detailing deductions and net payable amount.

8. Taxes

  • You are solely responsible for payment of GST and other statutory taxes on your earnings.

  • You must provide valid GSTIN and comply with all tax obligations as per Indian law.

9. Data & Privacy

  • We collect business and operational data (orders, menus, transaction history).

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.

  • Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

10. Support & Downtime

  • Support is available via email or in-app chat.

  • CampusAdda is not liable for losses due to technical outages, app downtime, or third-party service failures.

11. Termination

  • You may request account closure at any time by writing to support@campusadda.in.

  • CampusAdda reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in cases of:

    • Breach of these Terms

    • Misuse of the platform

    • Legal or regulatory violations

12. Limitation of Liability

CampusAdda is not liable for:

  • Food quality, hygiene, or allergy issues (which are under vendor responsibility)

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or external conditions

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
